Refund policy
DAMEDGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUND
We accept returns/exchanges within 14 business days of receiving of your package and upon approval by Talikushnir Sudio. in order to be eligible for return, Item(s) must be returned as received. Item(s) must be in original condition, including original tags and original packaging. Options for returning are as followed: insured express mail, delivery via our delivery company and\or personal drop off.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you must pay for the return shipping. We recommend that any return made to us will be prossesd and coordinated with us or our representative. Coordination my be done by e-mail or WhatsApp.
In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back, we will not be able to refund you. Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. We only refund the credit card / Bit account that was used to place the order.
The provisions of this regulation are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: 'the Law') and its regulations. In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency between the provisions of this regulation and the provisions of the Law, the provisions of the Law shall prevail.
If a user cancels a transaction in accordance with our policy, and not due to a defect in the product purchased, a discrepancy between the product purchased and the details provided pursuant to Section 14C(b) of the Law, failure to deliver the product on the agreed date by the company, or any other breach of the terms of sale by the company, the company may, at its discretion, charge a cancellation fee not exceeding 5% of the product’s price or one hundred (100) New Israeli Shekels, whichever is lower. The user shall include their name and ID number in any cancellation notice.
PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are displayed based on user location and preferences and may vary by currency. At present, our store is exempt from VAT (מע"מ), and we do not charge VAT on purchases.
Payment methods may include credit cards and Bit, subject to the terms of our payment processor.
In purchasing and\or returning through our store you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to update it promptly as needed.
EXCHANGE(S)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges for different size and or color, etc will be processed as new ordered and for this, shipped within seven (7) business days.
