TaliKushnir operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). TaliKushnir is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your rights, including warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least the legal age of majority of 18 to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.
OUR PRODUCTS
Please note that the essence of a handmade product is that every piece is unique. If you experience any problems with a piece you have purchased, please contact us via mail - TaliKushnir@studio.com or WhatsApp and we will resolve it in any way we can.
We aim to display our products as accurately as possible, but actual colors and appearance may vary due to screen differences.
Descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at our discretion.
ORDERS
All orders are considered offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud and more.
Customers will be notified of changes, cancellations, or non-acceptance via email or WhatsApp.
Orders may not be canceled after confirmation unless we agree to do so. Refunds and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.
REFUND POLICY
We accept returns/exchanges within 14 business days of receiving of your package and upon approval by Talikushnir Sudio. Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and condition via registered insured mail. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you must pay for the return shipping. We recommend that any return made to us will be prossesd and coordinated with out studio.
In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back, we will not be able to refund you. Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. We only refund the credit card / Bit account that was used to place the order.
The provisions of this regulation are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: 'the Law') and its regulations. In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency between the provisions of this regulation and the provisions of the Law, the provisions of the Law shall prevail.
If a user cancels a transaction in accordance with the with our policy, and not due to a defect in the product purchased, a discrepancy between the product purchased and the details provided pursuant to Section 14C(b) of the Law, failure to deliver the product on the agreed date by the company, or any other breach of the terms of sale by the company, the company may, at its discretion, charge a cancellation fee not exceeding 5% of the product’s price or one hundred (100) New Israeli Shekels, whichever is lower. The user shall include their name and ID number in any cancellation notice.
PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are displayed based on user location and preferences and may vary by currency. At present, our store is exempt from VAT (מע"מ), and we do not charge VAT on purchases.
Payment methods may include credit cards and Bit, subject to the terms of our payment processor.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to update it promptly as needed.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping methods and delivery times vary. locally, in Israel up to seven (7) business days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs, or force majeure events.
Risk and title pass to the customer upon dispatch to the shipping carrier.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TaliKushnir or its licensors. You may use this content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may offer access to third-party tools "as is" and without warranties. Use of these tools is at your own risk.

RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
TaliKushnir is powered by Shopify. All transactions are solely between you and TaliKushnir. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, and you release Shopify from related claims.

Your use of the Services is subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy [LINK]. Personal data may be processed by third parties, including those located outside Israel, to provide the Services.
FEEDBACK

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
